Xanthones.  Sounds like something out of chemistry or biology class.  Yikes!  Who wants to know any of that stuff?  Those high school science days are long gone, we thought.  However, it’s important to know what xanthones are.  If we are into anything related to being healthy, it behooves all of us to understand what they are, what they do and how important they can be in helping us live healthier lives.  Isn’t that worth the time to find out more?
